We will explore strategies and goals to help with this.
We will build a tool kit of resources you can use to support your journey in between our sessions.
It's not about diets or weight loss but supporting the changes in your body with good nutrition.
This is such an important part of the sobriety jigsaw.
This 30 minute call will give us a chance to meet online and have an initial chat.
We can talk about your current relationship with alcohol, goals you have for the future and how I may be able to help you.
There is no obligation to commit after the call but it will give you a chance to decide if you think you can work with me.
This 4-week package will kick start your journey to sobriety.
We will have a weekly zoom call and I will support you on WhatsApp.
Our goals during the 4 weeks:
The 'Better without Booze' package gives you everything from the kick start package but includes another two sessions, making six in total.
The last of the sessions on week 6 will be 90 minutes and we will use this time to set goals and milestones that will help to keep you on track.
You will also have a 60 minute 'check in' call around 10 weeks so that we can see how things are going and reset any goals that aren't working for you.
